In these casual knitting sessions you will be guided by an experienced knitter to craft projects of your choice - beanies, scarves, kerchiefs, mittens, shawls, bags and throws, whatever you’re interested in.

Join one of our experienced knitters for a fun, casual session of social knitting!
Bring along your own yarn, patterns and ideas or find inspiration using free online resources. Or try out with some of our wool and needles to get you going.
Beginners will learn knitting basics and experienced knitters might be enthused to carve out some time to get creative, and extend their skills and knitting ambitions. Everyone will learn how to turn bits of yarn into fabulous accessories to keep
warm over coming months.
Come and try it out. You don't need any knitting experience to have a go. This session will also cater for more experienced knitters wanting some company and inspiration.
What to bring to this class:

Bring along your knitting project if you have one - yarn, needles and patterns, or

If you are unsure what you would like to knit, we will have some yarn and a selection of needles so you can try out a few things and chat about what you might like to go and buy for your woolly project.
