Sewing & Garment Making Class - Tuesday Afternoons, Term 2 - 2.5 hrs
Brief Details:
This is a supervised sewing class suitable for all skill levels, designed to support you to work on your own projects.
You don't need to be a great sewer for these classes. Our teachers are highly skilled and professional and love to help! The classes are a fabulous opportunity to learn from each other, build new skills, challenge yourself & meet other like-minded creatives.

Class duration & dates:
Tuesdays - weekly - 2.5 hours
12.30pm to 3.00pm
Full term (9 classes) April 21st to June 23rd, 2026
Block 1 (4 classes) April 21 & 28, May 5 & 12
(mid-term break 19th May)
Block 2 (5 classes) May 26, June 2, 9, 16 & 23

$70.00 (incl. GST) per class

Class details:
This is a supervised sewing class suitable for all skill levels, designed to support you to work on your own projects, such as:

making your own clothes

alterations
-
re-sizing and re-purposing op-shop finds or favourite old pieces

adjusting patterns to fit correctly

projects you might be stuck on and need some help or inspiration to finish them!
You don't need to be a great sewer for these classes. Our teachers are highly skilled and professional and love to help!
The classes are a fabulous opportunity to learn from each other, build new skills, challenge yourself & meet other like-minded creatives.
We do recommend that absolute beginners firstly join a Beginners Class before coming along to these classes as they are not structured learning and don't cover basic skills. Get in touch with us if you are not sure of your skill level
What to bring to this class:

Your own sewing machine and accessories (don't forget the cord!)

Scissors and sewing kit

Your sewing project and all the notions and bits you need for it (Just in case....Kyneton Shoes sell a great range of haberdashery basics if you need thread, needles, elastic etc.)
